I don't advertise and I suck at social media.  People find me when they are ready.

 I'm also post-menopausal and don't have time or patience for tire-kickers who are curious or  want to try something new.  

I'll spell it out for you if you aren't quite getting it yet-- The days behind me are longer than the days before me.    That means I am on a mission to make the most of my time and efforts with the work I do and the people I work with.  If you want to try something new, I will direct  you to one of my students who needs the practice.  If you have reached the point where you are serious about no longer BS'ing yourself about your life and the results you are getting AND you are willing to put in the work, then a discussion could be in order.  

I spent the first half of my life raising a large family, trying to make a conservative evangelical homeschooling, patriarchal life work for me and mine.  Everything crashed in 2006 -- my family, my marriage, my church, and everything I used to create my identity.  It was the beginning of waking up and stripping off all the false narratives and ideologies I had been raised to believe as true.  It was also the beginning of stripping off my false identities -- still an ongoing process.

Natural Bioenergetics has been one of the main sources for helping me get real.  It got to the subconscious foundations that were holding me in dysfunctional patterns and lies I told myself.  It also began the healing of my soul and spirit that led to the healing of my body, and most importantly, the ongoing healing of relationships with my family and those I consider important, like, I dunno, -- God the Father, for instance.

This work is not for everyone.  If you are happy with doom scrolling your life away, then please scroll away from here.   Keep moving if you aren't prepared for being honest with yourself and others.   Don't stop if you are committed to being the victim of whatever happened to you in the past if it works for you (for now).  I'm not interested in investing time with people who just want to prop up their narrative.  I am not a mean person; I have learned to be discerning about where I spend my time.
